Recall Practice lives inside the session itself, not a separate menu. When the topic you're revising has a bank, a quick quiz slots in right before you rate, and a flashcard deck sits one tap away on the focus timer. Machine-marked, immediate, and honest about what's actually stuck — but the score is for you. It never changes what the algorithm schedules next.

A quick check, right before you rate

When the topic you're revising has a quiz bank, the active-recall step offers one more move before you rate: a short multiple-choice quiz, marked instantly as you go, no waiting.

The score doesn't vanish afterwards — it shows up right on the rating screen next to HARD / GOOD / EASY, as an honest prompt: "solid recall" if you're at 80%+, or "worth another look before you rate" if it's rough. It's there to make your own rating more honest, not to replace it.

Flashcards, right there on the timer

Mid-session, if the topic you're focused on has a flashcard deck, a "Revise with flashcards" button sits under the countdown. Tap it and the deck opens as an overlay — your Pomodoro timer keeps running underneath, visible the whole time.

Say "missed it" and the card doesn't vanish — it goes straight back into the queue, so a deck you've "finished" is one you've actually got right, not just clicked through once.
